A number of people have asked me where I got my kayak racks from.  I custom made them myself using the design shown below.  Note the following:

• The front and back racks have different profiles to accommodate the different hull shape in those positions
• The EPIC V12, Fenn Elite, Fenn Elite SL, SharpSki will fit in the racks snugly
• My racks attach using 8mm hex bolts and unistrut nuts which are self locking in the heavy duty Rhino Rack bars.  There is a hole through the flat bar to allow the hex bolt and the allen key to be inserted
• I used a bar bender to get accurate bends and the design makes allowance for 10mm thick foam padding.
